Administrative Coordinator
Position Summary:
-
Acts as a liaison with other departments (including all levels of staff) and clients.

Coordinates administrative activities for team projects while taking ownership of smaller projects or project areas.

Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
-
Processes expense reports for manager in a timely manner.
-
Responsibilities include: scheduling, meeting and travel coordination, expense reports, some event planning, basic research, and letter drafting.
Experience/Skills:
-
2-4 years of related work experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Must be self movivated and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.
