Chris Rowe

Chris Rowe is a Vice President at DCI Group where he oversees state public affairs and issue advocacy campaigns. He specializes in campaign management, issue coalitions, talent development, and implementing grassroots mobilization for DCI Group’s clients. Chris also has experience in corporate advertising, opinion research, digital operations, and statewide ballot measure campaigns.

Prior to joining DCI Group, Chris was a researcher at the Mintz Group, an investigative services firm. Chris also worked in the Washington office of U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bowdoin College in Government & Legal studies. A life-long Washingtonian, Chris lives with his family in Spring Valley.
