Frank Edwards

Frank Edwards is the former Chief Financial Officer at DCI Group and is now a Senior Counselor. His professional career has spanned more than 30 years. Frank’s role includes lead responsibility for DCI Group’s financial planning and financial management practices.

Prior to joining DCI Group in 2009, Frank served as President of the Carl M. Freeman Companies and managed all facets of this diversified private company involved in commercial and residential real estate development, homebuilding, sports, hospitality, and financial and real estate services. He had previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Freeman Companies.

Before joining the Freeman Companies, Frank served as the Chief Operating Officer of Interealty, Inc. Initially, he managed Interealty’s strategic planning, human resources, finance, and management information systems functions, and later assumed responsibility for the company’s marketing and sales, research and development, printing, and technical delivery organizations.

Frank held a number of senior management positions with PRC, Inc. and served as Chief Financial Officer of The Commercial & International Systems Group of PRC, Inc. He was instrumental in the growth of the Commercial & International Systems Group and had extensive involvement with strategy formulation and business acquisitions and divestitures. He also served as a CPA and audit manager with Touche Ross & Co.’s Washington DC office serving such clients as Ryland Homes and the Montgomery County and Prince George’s County, Maryland governments.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park. He resides in Olney, Maryland with his wife Jeanne.
