Oliver Wolf is Managing Director at DCI Group where he manages international and domestic public affairs campaigns that focus on technology, financial services, development, and environmental and energy issues. Oliver specializes in providing counsel for strategic planning, tactical implementation, grassroots management, and third-party relationships for DCI Group’s corporate and non-profit clients.
Prior to joining DCI in 2007, Oliver served as former U.S. Senator Lincoln Chafee (R-RI)’s Field Director for his 2006 re-election campaign. In this capacity, he managed field staff, coordinated voter turnout efforts, and organized coalition outreach for the Senator’s campaign. Previously, Oliver worked for the Bush-Cheney ’04 campaign in Maine.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Oliver earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine in Political Science and studied at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. In second grade, he recited the Gettysburg Address performing as President Lincoln in his school talent show. He lives in Washington, DC.
