Carole Braithwaite Director of Account Services Carole Braithwaite has nearly a decade of experience directing communications and outreach programs on behalf of corporate, government, and non-profit entities. Ms. Braithwaite is currently responsible for managing DCI Group’s grassroots campaigns with a special focus on direct contact programs, such as mail and phone mobilization efforts, on behalf of DCI Group’s corporate clients. Ms. Braithwaite has successfully managed large grassroots phone and direct mail campaigns and letter writing campaigns for Fortune 50 companies. Formerly, Ms. Braithwaite served as an Outreach and Education Specialist for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. In that capacity, she helped to evaluate and develop outreach campaigns for Medicare provides and designed a database to organize and manage Medicare outreach campaigns. Prior to that, Ms. Braithwaite was a senior analyst for an information technology company. Ms. Braithwaite is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Politics.
