Diane Miller
Vice President

Diane Miller specializes in energy and environmental issues at the state, national and international level. She has over a decade of experience in state and federal legislative affairs, grassroots management, coalition building, and strategic communications.

Prior to joining DCI Group, Ms. Miller was the Missouri State Director for the American Petroleum Institute. In this capacity, she lobbied on energy issues at both the state and federal level and acting as API’s media spokesperson in the state of Missouri.

Additionally, Ms. Miller’s experience includes working for a political consulting firm and specializing in coalition management and grassroots campaigns and serving as Communications Director of the Missouri Industrial Energy Consumers and the Missouri Field Director of the BRT “goTRADE: Compete to Win” campaign. She began her career in politics working for the Missouri State Senate.

She is a native of Missouri and earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia College. She serves on the Junior League of Washington’s Board of Directors.
