Andrew O'Brien Director Andy O’Brien’s background includes time spent working in the private sector leading a non-profit organization as well as on Capitol Hill. Prior to joining DCI Group, Mr. O’Brien served as the Executive Director for a 35,000 member non-profit organization focused on higher education issues. He managed the day to day operations and donor development for the organization including the 45 chapters in both the United States and Canada. Mr. O’Brien provided guidance for the Board of Directors and led the organization’s crisis response team. He served as the chief liaison between other non-profit organizations as well as a multitude of colleges and universities across the United States and Canada. During Mr. O’Brien’s tenure, two key areas of focus were membership growth and brand management for the organization. Additional leadership experience includes time spent at the Heritage Foundation working directly under Former Attorney General Edwin Meese as well as with the United States House of Representatives Committee on Small Business. Mr. O’Brien is a grauate of the University of Maryland, College Park where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Politics. A native of Maryland, Mr. O’Brien currently resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife Jenny.   Back to Our People
