Joe Quigley Director of Field Operations Joe Quigley provides strategic and hands-on support for clients pursuing public policy success. As Director of field operations, Mr. Quigley manages DCI Group’s nationwide field program. Prior to joining DCI Group, Mr. Quigley served as Political Director at the American Insurance Association. In this position, he worked with members to enhance their political operations, increase participation in advocacy efforts and leverage their political capital. Throughout his career, Mr. Quigley has established a proven track record of providing strategic and tactical management of advocacy, fundraising and marketing campaigns. While at the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Mr. Quigley was responsible for the creation and implementation of nationwide advocacy and fundraising plans to increase the visibility and effectiveness of the organization within targeted constituencies. During his career, Mr. Quigley has served in similar positions with other trade associations and political committees. Mr. Quigley graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Political Science, and currently resides in Topsfield, Massachusetts.   Back to Our People
