We Care About Your Privacy
What Information Do We Collect?
We collect certain data when you visit our site.
When you access our site, our web servers automatically create records of your visit. These records typically include IP-address, access times (date and time), browser software and operating system, the sites linked from, pages visited and any personally identifying information, such as your name, street address, email address, phone number and any other information you provide.
Unless your browser settings are configured to make your online activities invisible to usage analytics tools, we do not presently have the capability to omit you from our analytics to the extent your browser only sends us a “do not track” message and does not otherwise screen you from tracking without action on our part.
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our website, information and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years of age or older. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete it from our records.
How Will We Use This Information?
We will use this information to help us maintain and improve our website (e.g., to determine the number of visitors to different sections of our website, to ensure our website is working properly, and to help us make our website more accessible and useful). We will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our website, unless you choose to provide such information.
Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. They are used to track the online movements of web users or to access cookies. Users can make some web beacons unusable by rejecting cookies. We treat information collected by cookies, web beacons and other technologies as non-personal information. However, to the extent that the IP addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we also treat those identifiers as personal information.
Do We Share Information?
We reserve the right and you expressly authorize us to share any information we have about you:
- to help operate and improve our website;
- in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or to defend against legal claims;
- to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person or property;
- to investigate, prevent, or take action against voluminous spamming, service attacks, or attempts to compromise the security of information on the site; and
- if we are acquired by or merge with another entity.
