Ann McCain
Vice President
Ann McCain joined DCI Group in 2004 and is a vice president in the firm’s client services division. She specializes in developing and managing grassroots and public policy campaigns and currently focuses her work in the energy sector. Her public affairs experience also includes managing issue advocacy campaigns at the federal and state level for telecommunications clients. In addition to her client service work, she previously led Business Growth Strategies, DCI Group’s in-house business development and marketing team.
Ms. McCain’s career includes nearly a decade of congressional and political campaign experience. On Capitol Hill she served in the offices of U.S. Rep. Bill Zeliff (R-New Hampshire) and U.S. Rep. Toby Roth (R-Wisconsin). In 1996 she worked for Dole for President as part of the New Hampshire campaign team. Additionally her background includes more than five years in marketing, public relations and fundraising positions for both businesses and non-profit organizations.
Ms. McCain earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She resides in Washington, D.C.
