Frank Edwards
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Edwards’ professional career has spanned more than 30 years. Prior to joining DCI Group, Mr. Edwards served as President of the Carl M. Freeman Companies and managed all facets of this diversified private company involved in commercial and residential real estate development, homebuilding, sports, hospitality and financial and real estate services. He had previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Freeman Companies.
Before joining the Freeman Companies, Mr. Edwards served as the Chief Operating Officer of Interealty, Inc. Initially, he managed Interealty’s strategic planning, human resources, finance and management information systems functions, and later assumed responsibility for the company’s marketing and sales, research and development, printing and technical delivery organizations.
Mr. Edwards held a number of senior management positions with PRC, Inc. and served as Chief Financial Officer of The Commercial & International Systems Group of PRC, Inc. He was instrumental in the growth of the Commercial & International Systems Group and had extensive involvement with strategy formulation and business acquisitions and divestitures. He also served as a CPA and audit manager with Touche Ross & Co.’s Washington D.C. office serving such clients as Ryland Homes and the Montgomery County and Prince George’s County, Maryland governments.
Mr. Edwards graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park. He resides in Olney, Maryland with his wife Jeanne. They have three sons and enjoy boating on the Chesapeake Bay in their leisure time.
