Jennifer Cutler provides counsel to corporate clients on public and government relations strategies, drawing on her experience in state and federal legislative affairs, grassroots management, coalition building, and strategic communications. Ms. Cutler specializes in the telecommunications and technology sector and has extensive experience in creating and executing public affairs strategies on high profile industry issues.
Prior to joining DCI Group in 2005, Ms. Cutler served as Vice President and Political and Research Director of McAuliffe Message Media (M3), a top media consulting firm specializing in political messaging, strategy and media. She was involved in all aspects of campaigns, from client acquisition to media strategy and implementation. During her time at M3 she was involved in dozens of races, including 17 U.S. Senate campaigns.
Ms. Cutler is a graduate of Boston University where she received a Masters in Mass Communication, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. She resides in Arlington, VA with her husband and daughter.
