Michael Reilly is a health care issue specialist offering public affairs and campaign management counsel to DCI Group’s corporate clients. He has more than a decade of experience in managing issues impacting health care, pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology companies.
Prior to joining DCI Group, Mr. Reilly worked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). He joined HHS in 2002, and spent time in the Office of Planning and Evaluation, Office of Public Affairs, and Office of the Secretary where he served as the Associate Deputy Secretary from January 2006 to April 2008. Before HHS, Mr. Reilly worked at the Advanced Medical Technology Association and as a legislative fellow for Energy and Commerce Health Sub-Committee Chairman Mike Bilirakis (R-FL).
Mr. Reilly is Legislative Fellow with the Brookings Institute. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire (BA), University of Southern California (MPA) and Chicago-Kent College of Law (JD). He and his wife live in Alexandria with their 4 children.
