Monique Hall joined DCI Group in 2007. She serves clients’ public affairs needs on a variety of issues including energy, environment, healthcare and international development. Monique specializes in strategic alliances and coalition management for both domestic and international campaigns where she builds, maintains and manages relationships with a variety of non-governmental organizations including issue experts and advocacy organizations on behalf of our clients.
Prior to joining DCI, Monique worked for the Democratic National Committee’s State Partnership Program and was the Deputy Political Director for the Maryland Democratic Party. She has also worked with various political campaigns around the country, including spending time in Nevada during the 2008 Presidential.
Monique has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina and has done graduate work at Vanderbilt University Divinity School.
