Paul Ryan manages multi-faceted issue advocacy campaigns for DCI Group’s clients in federal and state legislative affairs. Specializing in the telecommunications and technology sector, Mr. Ryan has extensive experience in grassroots outreach, coalition building, and governmental relations strategies on high profile industry issues. Mr. Ryan has also helped clients develop employee mobilization, stakeholder outreach and corporate responsibility campaigns.
Mr. Ryan is also experienced in political activities and campaigns having worked on campaigns and campaign related events at the Presidential, Congressional and state level. Prior to joining DCI Group, Mr. Ryan researched and wrote for a national publishing company specializing in political and governmental lessons for higher educational use.
Mr. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he earned a Bachelors degree in Political Science and International Relations and earned a Masters’ Degree from Northwestern University in Public Policy Analysis where he received the University’s Distinguished Thesis Award.
Mr. Ryan, a native of Chicago, now lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife, Rachel.
