Rouel de Guzman oversees the development of customized applications including our campaign dashboard solutions. As the leader of the Information Technology team at DCI group, Mr. de Guzman is also responsible for the firm’s IT infrastructure and electronic data security.
Before joining DCI Group, Mr. de Guzman was the site manager of Information Technology for Genetic Therapy, Inc., a subsidiary of Norvartis Pharmaceutical. Mr. de Guzman was responsible for all day-to-day IT activities as well as protecting and securing critical research information, implementing a site wide technology refresh and administering a multi-million dollar IT budget.
Prior to Genetic Therapy Mr. de Guzman also worked for Life Technologies, Inc. (Invitrogen). Mr. de Guzman was one of the key support personnel for production and distribution, as well as supporting the national sales force.
Mr. de Guzman is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing and a minor in Computer Science..
