Scott Migli

Scott Migli advises and manages clients on communication strategies and grassroots organizing strategies – drawing on over a decade of experience in campaign management on all levels, issue management and state and national Party experience.
Prior to joining DCI Group, Scott served as Vice President of Wilson Research Strategies. In this role, Scott helped political and corporate clients with developing, analyzing and presenting advanced survey data for his clients. Mr. Migli also served as Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Republican Party from 2005-2006. During his tenure at the state Party, Mr. Migli worked with the state Legislature to get the Voter Protection Act passed prior to the 2006 elections. Mr. Migli has also worked for the PA House of Representatives and the New York State Assembly in various capacities.
Mr. Migli is a native of New York and a graduate of Gannon University, Erie, PA. He currently resides in Mountville, PA with his wife Rachel and their two children; Nicholas and Olivia.
