Skip Joslin
Managing Director
Skip Joslin has been with DCI Group since 2001 developing grassroots and public policy campaign strategies. Mr. Joslin leads strategy development, grassroots management, coalition building, and strategic communications for Fortune 500 corporations and trade organizations faced with legislative or regulatory challenges at the federal and state levels.
Prior to joining DCI Group, Mr. Joslin coordinated Republican outreach and served as Executive Assistant to former Congressman Randy Tate at Voter.com. Mr. Joslin also served as Office Manager to U.S. Senator Phil Gramm in Washington, D.C. from 1999 to 2000.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the South and an Executive Master’s in Leadership from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
