DCI Group Announces Two New Partners

(Washington, DC) – DCI Group, a global public affairs firm headquartered in Washington, DC, added two individuals to its partnership effective January 1, 2023. Stacie Rumenap and Oliver Wolf were promoted from vice president to partner and will help lead and grow DCI Group’s expanding client portfolio.

“We are pleased to welcome our friends Stacie and Oli to the partners’ table and look forward to their contributions as we continue to grow our client list and our company,” said Doug Goodyear, DCI Group’s CEO. “Both Stacie and Oli exemplify the firm’s bedrock culture of execution and demonstrate the upstanding character that has become DCI Group’s hallmark over the past 25 years.”

Ms. Rumenap has been with DCI Group since 2019 leading the firm’s strategic alliances practice as well as several high-profile clients. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Rumenap led 18 successful ballot initiatives in 11 states and spearheaded the passage of legislation in 46 states. She has worked on Capitol Hill, and also as a leader of a non-profit organization that combats the sexual exploitation of children. She also serves as an advisor to multiple non-profit organizations. A DC native, Ms. Rumenap still lives in the city, residing with her husband and three children.

Mr. Wolf has been with DCI Group for 16 years. Starting in 2007, Mr. Wolf began as an account associate and has received successive promotions throughout his tenure at the company. Mr. Wolf manages international and domestic public affairs campaigns that focus on environmental and energy policy, trade, technology, tax, financial services, and development issues. Prior to joining DCI Group, Mr. Wolf worked on Republican political campaigns and on the staff of Sen. Susan Collins (ME). A native of Pittsburgh, Mr. Wolf lives with his wife and two children in Chevy Chase.
