10 new hires and four promotions support DCI Group’s continued growth
(Washinton, DC) DCI Group announced the hiring of ten new employees and the promotion of four others as the firm continues to grow its domestic and international work. The firm is beefing up its communications vertical with the addition of two seasoned communications professionals with deep experience at top media companies.

The two senior communications hires are Alex Rosenwald and Adam Shaw.
Alex joins DCI Group as a Director, specializing in strategic communications and media relationships. He comes most recently from the Capitol Hill publication, The Hill where he was the director of communications. Prior to that, he held communications leadership positions at NewsNation DC, Hudson Institute, The Washington Examiner, The Weekly Standard, and Ricochet.
Adam also joins DCI Group as a Director, bringing extensive experience in a wide range of policy issues including immigration, homeland security, European affairs, international diplomacy, and the United Nations. Prior to joining DCI Group, Adam was a news editor and later a politics reporter at Fox News Digital, where he broke news across various sectors and policy issues for more than a decade. He previously worked for Breitbart News and Catholic News Service.
In addition to Alex and Adam, DCI Group hired eight Account Associates.
Peyton Davis joined DCI Group after completing internships with Rep. Gwen Moore (D-WI) and FINN Partners. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Davidson College and is originally from Delafield, WI.
Jake Powers joined DCI Group after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Indiana University – Bloomington. Originally from Atlanta, GA, he also completed an internship with DCI Group in the Summer of 2024.
Jackson Schranck joined DCI Group after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in History from George Mason University. He is originally from Arlington, VA.
Halston Seton joined DCI Group after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama. She is originally from Tampa, FL.
Lucy Silverman joined DCI Group after receiving a Master of Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication Media Studies from Texas A&M University. She is originally from Corpus Christi, TX.
Charlotte Spears joined DCI Group after working as digital strategist during the 2024 election. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Economics from Davidson College and is originally from Atlanta, GA.
John Viera joined DCI Group after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University. He is originally from Honolulu, HI.
Devon Whitsel joined DCI Group after working at the public affairs firm APCO Worldwide. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and is originally from Rockdale, TX.
DCI Group also announced the promotion of four people.

Nora Davis, a client service representative, was promoted to Senior Account Manager.
Terence Legare, a digital services professional, was promoted to Senior Account Executive.
Alex Mauthe, a client services professional, was promoted to Senior Account Executive.
Kristi Reese, a client services lead, was promoted to Director.
