De Silva will lead DCI Group’s finance team with an eye towards growth and expansion
Washington, DC – Dishan De Silva is joining DCI Group as its Chief Financial Officer, bringing decades of strategic financial and operational expertise to the firm. De Silva’s addition reflects DCI Group’s continued focus on expansion and growth.

A financial expert, De Silva comes to DCI Group from Silver Square, a CFO and accounting services firm which provides CFO and financial guidance to businesses across the U.S. He has also served as CFO and Head of Finance at SmartBrief and 54gene in addition to several other financial leadership positions.
De Silva’s entrance is indicative of DCI Group’s ongoing growth, as the firm has opened offices in New York and Florida recently. This expansion, as well as bringing in seasoned experts like De Silva and Jayne Millerick, former chief of staff to Governor Chris Sununu, strategically position the firm to better serve clients across a variety of industries and geographical areas.
