Brendan Welsh

Brendan Welsh is a Director at DCI Group where he supports the firm’s clients with strategic counsel on government relations strategies and advocacy campaigns. Brendan has extensive experience with a wide range of policy issues including religious freedom, education, health care, agriculture, transportation, manufacturing, and regulatory matters. He has developed and led successful communications campaigns for political candidates and directed fundraising efforts for non-profit organizations.

Prior to his time at DCI Group, Brendan served as the Communications Director for U.S. Rep. Tracey Mann (KS-01) and the Greater Washington Area Director for the Fellowship of Christians in Universities and Schools (FOCUS).

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Brendan earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College in religious studies and his Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ. He lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife Rachel and their three children.
