Dishan De Silva serves as the Chief Financial Officer at DCI Group, bringing over 25 years of global finance and strategic leadership experience. As a seasoned financial executive, he oversees the firm’s financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity, driving sustainable growth, and optimizing financial strategies to support the firm’s long-term vision.

With deep expertise in corporate finance & operations, strategic planning, risk management, and M&A, Dishan has a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving profitability, and leading companies through complex financial transformations. He has led as Head of Finance and CFO in the media and biotech industries, overseeing expansion, operational efficiencies, and financial strategy execution, while also bringing extensive experience in the technology and banking sectors.

Prior to joining DCI Group, Dishan founded and led Silver Square CFO, a financial advisory firm specializing in helping startups and mid-sized companies improve financial operations, enhance profitability, and navigate strategic growth initiatives. He is also an active Board Advisor at RevTech Labs Foundation, where he mentors Fintech and Insurtech founders on financial structures, fundraising strategy, strategic planning, and business growth.

Dishan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bluffton University.

He lives in Maryland with his family and enjoys traveling, antiquing, and exploring new cultures in his free time.
