Katherine Rodriguez joined DCI Group in 2010, and has worked cross-practice to help clients meet their strategic goals and objectives for federal, state, and local public policy issues. Katherine manages public policy campaigns on a wide range of issues involving energy, infrastructure development, chemical policy, regulatory affairs, telecommunications and commerce. Her experience involves tailoring campaigns for clients focused on strategic and crisis communications, digital engagement, issue advocacy, and coalition building to steer clients through their most challenging public affairs and communications obstacles.
Prior to her time at DCI Group, Katherine worked in Darden Restaurants’ Government Affairs Division, former Senator Mel Martinez’s office and former State Senator Lee Constantine’s office.
A native of Central Florida, Katherine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. She holds a Master’s degree from The George Washington University in Political Management with a focus on advocacy politics and strategic communications. In her free time, Katherine serves on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Washington, volunteers as an advisor to GWU’s Chi Omega Fraternity and is a member of the Florida State Society. She resides in Washington, D.C.
