Kristi Reese

Kristi Reese is a Director at DCI Group, where she leads integrated public affairs campaigns that connect policy goals with measurable outcomes. She manages cross-functional teams and multi-channel campaigns – combining paid and earned media, grassroots engagement, coalition management, and digital strategy – to help clients navigate dynamic policy environments.

Kristi works closely with clients in sectors including technology, energy, healthcare, tax, and consumer protection, ensuring that every campaign is grounded in clear messaging, aligned execution, and proactive management. She brings deep experience in managing field teams, overseeing content development, and launching issue-based coalitions. Her ability to synthesize complex information, lead teams, and deliver consistent results positions clients for success in dynamic policy and media landscapes.

Before joining DCI Group, Kristi served in various communications roles on Capitol Hill, including positions with the House Republican Conference, Senator Deb Fischer, the House Ways and Means Committee, and John Thune’s Senate Republican Whip office. She supported strategic messaging around high-profile legislative efforts and oversaw digital communications strategy.

Kristi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from Wake Forest University. She now lives in Washington DC, where she tries to stay ahead of the curve in public affairs strategy – and the District’s best new restaurants.
