Monique Hall is Vice President at DCI Group where she serves clients’ public affairs needs on a variety of issues, including energy, environment, healthcare/biotechnology, telecommunications, taxes, and international development. Monique specializes in strategic alliances and coalition management for both domestic and international campaigns where she builds, maintains, and manages relationships with a variety of non-governmental organizations, including issue experts and advocacy organizations on behalf DCI Group’s clients.
Prior to joining DCI Group in 2007, Monique worked for the Democratic National Committee’s State Partnership Program as the Deputy Political Director for the Maryland Democratic Party. She has also worked with various political campaigns around the country, including spending time in Nevada during the 2008 Presidential Campaign.
Monique continues to remain active in politics, advising local candidates and providing messaging strategies for ballot measures related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) issues and is currently a board member for the National LGBTQ Task Force Action Fund. Monique previously served on the board of Pediatric HIV/AIDS Care and worked with the Washington Wizards through a local nonprofit to launch a national campaign promoting HIV testing, earning a Hermes Creative Award.
Monique earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina and has done graduate work at Vanderbilt University Divinity School. She lives in Maryland.
