Gwen Moore Holliday counsels corporate clients on government and public relations strategies, as well as working with DCI’s international team on global issues. She has more than 15 years experience in public relations, corporate communications and public affairs in both the private and public sector, as well as in the political and nonprofit worlds. Additionally, she has an extensive background in international affairs and knowledge of the diplomatic community.
Prior to joining DCI Group, Ms. Holliday worked as a senior communications consultant on a wide variety of clients including a global health initiative dedicated to eradicating tropical and neglected diseases; a major national media company in the development of international affairs pilot programs for cable audiences; and the senior leadership of a leading Mexican agricultural firm to position the company for acquisition. Ms. Holliday also worked in the financial services industry on government relations and communications teams to strategically position the companies and their employees at the forefront of current policy discussions.
In addition to her work for numerous corporate clients, she served on the Clinton/Gore campaign staff in 1992 and was a political appointee at the US Department of Commerce in the international export arena. She also logged time on Capitol Hill, where she worked for Senator Lloyd Bentsen (D-TX).
Ms. Holliday is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a double major in History and Spanish. A native Texan, Ms. Holliday lives in Washington, DC with her husband Ambassador Stuart Holliday and their two sons.
