J.C. Flores will run DCI Group’s Tallahassee Office   

Washington, DC – DCI Group announced that longtime public affairs specialist and political operative Juan “J.C.” Flores is joining the firm to open the company’s office in Tallahassee, Florida. Mr. Flores spent more than a decade with AT&T in Florida, most recently as a vice president in the company’s Latin American and EMEA external affairs office.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Flores cut his teeth in Florida policy and politics as an operative in the state Republican party and later as a special assistant to then-Speaker of the Florida House Marco Rubio.

In addition to his experience with AT&T and Sen. Rubio, Mr. Flores was the Director of Communications for U.S. Representative Carlos Giménez (FL-28), during his time as Miami Dade Commissioner and campaign manager of Mr. Giménez’s  successful underdog  Miami-Dade mayoral campaign in 2010.
