Kelsey Dean

Kelsey Dean joined DCI Group in 2010 and works cross-practice to help clients execute impactful public affairs strategies and issue advocacy campaigns. She specializes in campaign management, strategic messaging, and digital brand management, helping clients achieve their most challenging strategic goals.

She is a veteran at harnessing campaign-style strategies, especially for digital programs, that help clients win at the local, state, and federal levels. During her time with the firm, she has managed multi-faceted campaigns on a wide range of issues involving energy, infrastructure development and permitting, regulatory affairs, and a host of consumer protection issues.

Prior to her time at DCI Group, Kelsey worked in strategic communications at a government marketing firm in Alexandria.  Kelsey also spent time at the National Republican Congressional Committee working in the liaison office for Speaker of the House John Boehner and Senator Roy Blunt (R-MO) in his House majority whip office.

A native of Westchester, New York, Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in Oxford, Ohio, in political science and communications. She currently resides in Washington, D.C with her husband, son, and dog Waffles.
