Chris Myers advises clients on public affairs and government relations strategies – drawing on experiences in issue management, grassroots organization, and media relations in diverse environments from political campaigns and national parties to the military and corporations. He has developed an issue expertise working in technology, education, health care, defense, and transportation.
Prior to joining DCI Group in 2005, Chris served in a number of political roles, including as Executive Director of the Progress for America 527, as Deputy National Political Director for President George W. Bush’s reelection campaign, as Senior Press Aide to the Senate Republican Conference and Chairman Rick Santorum, and as Research Director for the National Republican Congressional Committee.
Chris earned a degree from Pennsylvania State University and served as a Military Police Captain in the U. S. Army Reserve for nine years. He lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife, Renee, and their four children, Mady, Jack, Max, and Shuai. Chris and his family attend Restoration Anglican Church in Arlington.
